The chef, Nick, regularly comes out to speak with diners about the menu, which changes to use fresh Scottish produce.

Each of the 21 rooms, named after Scottish locations such as the Moncrieff and the Tulloch, is individually designed and includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
